Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of Krewss at krewss.com and all Krewss mini-apps and connected services ("the Service"), provided by Kamakshi Clouds ("Krewss", "we"). Krewss is a product of Kamakshi Clouds. By signing in you accept them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

The Service is available only to people with a Krewss account issued by an organisation that has a Krewss agreement with Kamakshi Clouds. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Your organisation's administrator may withdraw your access at any time.

2. What the Service does

Krewss is an operations platform for hotels, resorts and multi-site operators. It captures tasks, SOP submissions, campaigns, attendance, planner rosters, patrols, maintenance and guest interactions, and provides analytics, reports and integrations for the organisation that owns the data. Some features are chargeable add-ons enabled by the organisation.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only for the legitimate operations of the organisation that granted you access.
• Do not share your account, attempt to access another organisation's data, probe or overload the Service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
• Guest, staff and vendor information you can see is confidential to the organisation; handle it according to the organisation's policies and applicable law.

4. Integrations and add-ons

Krewss can connect to third-party services (for example: WhatsApp Business, email/SMS providers, Google Reviews, the Krewss BI assistant for ChatGPT, POS or property management systems) that your organisation enables. Those services process data under their own terms; Krewss shares only the data required for the integration.

5. AI-generated content

Some features generate summaries, insights or bulletins using AI. AI answers may contain errors — verify important figures in the underlying records before acting on them. AI features never modify operational data on their own.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and may update these terms; continued use after a change means acceptance.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, brand, wordmark and documentation — belongs to Kamakshi Clouds. Operational data belongs to the organisation that entered it. You receive no rights other than to use the Service as described here.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Kamakshi Clouds is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken on the basis of analytics or AI-generated answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution terms in your organisation's Krewss agreement.
