Privacy Policy

Krewss ("we", "us") is an operations platform operated by Kamakshi Clouds ("Kamakshi Clouds"). This policy explains what information Krewss processes when your organisation uses the platform at krewss.com and its mini-apps (including Krewss BI at bi.krewss.com), and how it is protected.

1. Who can use Krewss

Krewss is a business-to-business service. Accounts are issued by an organisation (a hotel, resort or multi-site operator) to its own crew, managers and administrators. There is no self-registration by members of the public. Guest-facing features (QR ordering, in-room requests, review capture) are opened by that organisation for its own guests on its own premises.

2. Information Krewss processes

• Account information — name, email, phone, employee ID, role, department, permissions and profile photo, entered by the organisation's administrator or by the user.
• Operational data — tasks, SOP submissions, campaigns, attendance, planner rosters, patrol logs, guest requests, maintenance records, and derived analytics generated as your organisation uses Krewss.
• Guest-facing data — for organisations using guest features, information such as a room number, a guest name and phone entered when raising a request, a Google review the property has connected, or a Krewss Klub membership profile the guest has enrolled in.
• Device and usage records — sign-in times, IP address, browser/app version and access logs, used for security and support.

3. How Krewss uses the information

Krewss processes information only to run the platform for your organisation — to authenticate users, route work, send task and escalation notifications (WhatsApp, email, SMS, push), maintain analytics and reports, and support integrations the organisation has enabled (for example, the Krewss BI assistant for ChatGPT). Krewss never sells personal information and never uses it to train third-party AI models.

4. Third-party services

Krewss runs on Google Cloud (Firebase and Cloud Run). Notification delivery uses providers such as WhatsApp Business, AWS SES for email, and SMS gateways. Where an organisation connects an add-on (Google Reviews, ChatGPT via Krewss BI, POS or property management systems), Krewss shares only the data required for that integration; the third party processes that data under its own terms.

5. Access control and retention

All data is scoped to the organisation that entered it, and further scoped to the sites and permissions granted to each user. Only authorised Kamakshi Clouds engineering staff can access production systems, for support and maintenance. Operational records are retained under the organisation's Krewss agreement; derived analytics (daily roll-ups, indices, snapshots) are retained for up to 13 months.

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed (bcrypt / scrypt). Access tokens are short-lived; refresh tokens can be revoked at any time by an administrator. Backups and access logs are maintained under Google Cloud's security controls.

7. Your rights

Users should contact their organisation's administrator to review, correct or delete their information, or to revoke access. Requests concerning organisation-held data are handled together with that organisation. For direct questions about this policy, email support@kamakshiclouds.in.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as Krewss evolves. The effective date above changes when we do; material changes are communicated to organisation administrators.
